These bulbs that run on like 15watts but have an equivilent incandescent wattage of like 150...is it really as good as a normal 150 watt cfl bulb? plz let me know becuz i am currently doing a cfl growing project.

NO!

With CFL's it is NOT equivilent wattage. Its the wattage of the CFL.

You need more than 15 watts.

And 15 watt is equal to 75 watt incandecent.
