I cant exagerate the rules of the FDA passed on to the commercial dairies. It is what it is. The commercial dairies have shown many times that they ignore the FDA and use illegal antibiotics anyway going way above those rules.


Milk has everything to do with obesity, and arteriosclerorsis which causes impotence by the way and strokes. It just depends on body metabolism. Your probably like me, you can eat a ton of dairy and not get fat. But I can guarantee you that there is plaque that sticks to the insides of your arteries, its called Lpa.

There is plenty of calcium in milk its just that it wont absorb without enough magnesium present in the milk. So with out the proper ratio of mag/calc it is excreted in urine. There is mag. in milk but the ratio is out of proportion so that only 11% is absorbed. The U.S. consumes more milk than any other country, yet we have the highest ratio of osteopororis in the world. Now you would think that since we are consuming so much milk this wouldnt be a problem.

I would not spread anything that I believe to be false in anyway neither can any of these people because they can be sued by Monsanto for doing so. They are allowed by freedom of speech to site what is true, (but they are changing the laws in certain states to take this away).

Monsantos web site even states the problem on the packaging of the chemical that it will cause infections in the cow. They openly admit that and have admitted that to the FDA.


Your best bet is to buy organic milk if you dont want to stop drinking it. No hormones, antibiotics, free range.
You can buy it at Safeway right next to the bioengineered milk. The brand is called "horizon".
