Growing Opium Poppies?
^^^Yes, I've used dried pods of the internet. Just grind the pods to powder in a blender. A couple shot glasses of the powder (never bothered to actually weigh it) will have someone with no opiate tolerance pin holed and puking. Fresh pods are supposed to be stronger, but I've never tried that. I'm sure you can milk them for opium and still use the pods for tea later, I would guess the tea wouldn't be as strong then, but it will still contain opium. The rest of the plant also contains opium, whether it's enough to bother with I'm not sure.

I am interested in knowing the difficulty to grow them indoors and an idea of yield for each plant. I heard they only yield .5-.75 gram per plant of opium. Anyone know?
