Nobody uses this computer but me. I don't know where it came from. There is nothing on my computer what so ever to confirm this purchase. The way I found out about it was on my bank statement. I tried to log on the site using the info they asked for and they told me it wasn't valid. The site shows some info but doesn't give me any phone numbers. I would like to talk to a person. Thanx

I NEVER authorized this purchase, hell I don't even know what it is for. I have been trying to contact them by phone, but with no password or confirmation notice, I can't access their phone number off the site.
