Mydownloading.com is ripping me off!

Hey gang I could use some help. I was charged $52 for Mydownloading.com on my bank statement. I NEVER authorized this purchase, hell I don't even know what it is for. I have been trying to contact them by phone, but with no password or confirmation notice, I can't access their phone number off the site. If anyone has a phone number for this site I could use I would really appreciate it. Thanx.

I was just looking at the website and it appears they are a billing company for Various Vendor/Merchant Websites. "We provide billing support and customer service 24/7 for a variety of Internet vendors and merchants. Apart from providing such services, is not affiliated with the website providing the services you subscribe to. The owner/operator of each website is solely responsible for its content, the content of any promotional material they may distribute and the means of such distribution. "

and also to find out which specific vendor it was... you can go to the main page and click on the click here in the sentence on the Main page "If you do not recognize a charge on your credit card statement, please click here to view your billing details. " and if it doesn't recognize your email address just click i forgot and you can enter some information and it will tell you which vendor it was that charged your account.

Nobody uses this computer but me. I don't know where it came from. There is nothing on my computer what so ever to confirm this purchase. The way I found out about it was on my bank statement. I tried to log on the site using the info they asked for and they told me it wasn't valid. The site shows some info but doesn't give me any phone numbers. I would like to talk to a person. Thanx

Call your bank tell them to stop payment on it. Do it right now because the longer u wait the less likely you'll get it back.

Oh ya I did that already! Thanxs! I'm waiting for a new card now. Meanwhile I have been working 6am to 6pm for the last week and a half due to a death of a coworker and couldn't get the notorized paper into the bank on time so now I'm probably out the money. And now without a password or a way to excess the site I'm out that too. If had a number for the site I could call and maybe get access to the site I apparently paid for. At least I'm:stoned:

you have to click on it, then when the picture comes up in a new window keep the mouse over the picture untill you see a little box on the bottom right of the picture and click that, it will expand the picture to its correct size
