Wiring a 600watt HPS ballast unit

I have a ballast unit (600watt) and dont know how or what else i need to get it running. i have the reflector and bulb fixture and a bulb. it seems to be missing something maybe??? anyone have a clue.

Is it JUST the ballast, or a kit? It should come with a capacitor and ignitor. One is a canister shaped thing maybe 1 1/2" by 5" and the other a shorter oval shaped component. I'm sorry it's been a while since I wired my 400 HPS, I don't remember which is which (blush).
