will using a sauna help get rid of smoke toxins. and what about lassix? how long should i start using this diuretic before testing? for me the smoke was a one time binge.....quarter in two days.......i need 48hrs before i can try the diluation method correct? and ive used the dilution method in the past, always worked but i knew i had plenty of clean time. i bought some quick fix today in case i would have been randomed, yall think in 48 hrs using the sauna and lassix , i would be safe to use dilution or should i just use the quick fix..........i would be fired if i get caught with the quick fix.......they cant stop me from drinking water..........any thoughts or reseach on the sauna/lassix would be appreciated.........
