No, this is my first offense like this. I was arrested for possesion when i was 16 but that was exspunged from my record. I know this is my first time and you would think id be getting off easy, but at this point it isnt a question of my character that might get me off. There is no chance right now to explain or argue my case or present anything, the prosecuting attorney will present a deal so that i will plead guilty and i can either take it, or keep it rolling in hopes of getting a better deal or dismissed... thats what ive gathered
