i just found that the first offense is up to ten years in penitentiary, and/or a 10,000,00 dollar fine... i just got a hold of a lawyers number so more details to come i guess.

alright i talked to a lawyer, he said in kentucky class d felonys which i think i have carry 1-5 years in prison or jail

im being held for trafficing ecstasy, they saw me handing someone a 20 dollar bill, and grabbed us. well im not being held, i posted bail so im home right now but yea, trafficking is the charge.
