how many times per week do you eat out

i might go out to eat once or twice a month. My mom loves to cook and is damn good at it too.

i make dinner all the other nights
usually 2-3 nights a week is BK or Wendys
and if im stoned enuf ill order pizza

Both my parents are pretty big, they're on diets. I guess I really should think twice about eating fast food, but it's so easy to grab a bite when I'm in a hurry.

i have only gained lean muscle

I cut myself off completely from the fast foods because it wasnt healthy at all and getting something at home is usually cheaper. I think I'm going on around a year or so w/o the fast food, still goin strong. I have felt so much better ever since, and notice that I dont get sick as much and what not.

But wendy's is really good from what i remember.
