    800watt Dual Spectrum Light

Would a 800 watt dual spectrum light produce big buds. It is just 2-400watt lights that is why I am aasking the question. It will produce bigger buds than 600watts and small buds than 1000watts right. How many PLANTS WOULD ONE 800watt light cover.

    800watt Dual Spectrum Light

dual spectrum actualy means its is a combination of the blue vegging light and the red flowering light
yeah i would say more watts of light will be better, but with more watts of light comes more heat and you need to disperse of this heat somehow
    cheers all

    800watt Dual Spectrum Light

if you run them same time the plants WILL ALWAYS lean toward the blue spectum light over head. R u gonna use them both for vegg and flower? The blue spectrum will not do much for the flowering of your plant except extra heat. I got only 12grams off a 4 foot plant only using the blue to flower but then i used the red and got over an ounce so im my eyes it would be a waste of electric to use any red for veg and any blue to flower. ...peace

we cant say how much light you need, because we dont know the size of your grow space ... you could have way too much light and heat there, or, not nearly enough ... in general, a 400-watt covers 4ftx4ft, etc , so assuming youre devoting a minimum of one sqare foot per plant, two 600 watters should be enough for about 18-20 plants, I would personally give them a bit more room for less plants, larger pots, for bigger buds .... hope this helps ...
