hi,

It took me a few listens to get into the new CD. I never hated it at all when I first got it, but I never got into it until a few weeks later. I can say that it is some of their best work and I can't get enough of it.

One thing that I don't like is all of the filler noise on the album. They have about 6 tracks that are actually songs, but the 11min aND 9MIN TRACKS make up for that (caps, sorry ) I just hate the tracks are nothing but 2-4min of noise. It's pointless, and unentertaining.

I love the second track on the CD, and Right in Two. Towards the end it gets so heavy, fast and crazy. I love how Tool can start out a song sounding like Pink Floyd, and end a track sounding like Slayerish, kinda.

Bye.
Nochowderforyou Reviewed by Nochowderforyou on . The new Tool album is a joke. Please, the band doesn't want you to support this album... download it and hear it for yourself. Listen to the grand scheme... It's literally a joke, isn't it? I mean, it sounds like it... it's abysmal. Especially for a Tool album, it's REALLY bad. And Vicarious sounds like Schism reversed... gay. If you buy this album, you're not Tool fan... you're a Tool fan boy, and the band doesn't like you. The best part of the album is the mantra chanted during Intension and that's the only part Rating: 5
