of course it is. I wouldnt buy it, but it's one of the only portable vap's i've seen that might be worth trying. I, on the other hand, will stick with my bubblers

I have also bought glass from Bob and was very pleased ( a new bubbler will be my next purchase). Check his site out and buy something nice. Or ask him if he can make you something. He's honest and fair and won't try to screw you on prices. Stealthy shipping, too.
