i dunno, i juss pack my bowl fulla pot, spark the shit an rip er all in one toke. i breathe in enuff ta get all the smoke down but i dunt take in any extra air, thatz juss makin less room in yer lungz fer the smoke. i dunt rlly find that holdin in the smoke fer any amount ov time makez a difference. juss make sure yer burnin all the herb b4 she pullz thru the bong. takez me bout 2 er 3 ov them bongz ta get a decent buzz. but thas becuz im high pretty much 24/7 so my tolerance aint the best, i wish i got higher like when i started.
