Its all about technique. I am a resourseful smoker, so I can get buzzed off of one hit, and it doesnt even have to be the best shit. Fill your lungs up about 9/10 with smoke than breath in normal air so all the pot smoke is in ur lungs, instead of your throat and mouth. Than swallow if you want, just hold it in, as long as you can. Try to hold it in untill the bowl/joint/bong gets around the whole rotation and back to you. If you cant hold your breath that long, than breath in less smoke and more air. Than you can take short breaths, in and out, only releasing the air, and not the smoke. Kind of like your in labor. haha.


If you do this with every hit, you will find yourself saving a shit load of weed. I can smoke a bowl pack of mids with 4 people and walk away high. No one else usually is but I absorb every bit of thc I can. Also, after you take a hit of your bowl/bong, put the cherry out with the lighter. This will also save you more pot.
