MOBAY PLEASE HELP
i dont know what size your closet is but maybe you can look into one of these.
Product Description
This system will cover a growing area of up to 2½' x 2½' (2' x 2' recommended). The most powerful compact systems on the market. With the ballast assembly built into the reflector, these horizontal units are completely self-contained, and ready to plug-in right out of the box. We've even screwed in the bulb for you! All ballast assemblies feature multi-tap transformers, which means that you can switch them from 110/120V to 208V, 220/240V or 277V in just minutes by changing one wire, at no additional charge! Comes with hooks for hanging. Ideal for small growing areas. Great for starting clones and seedlings. All bulbs come with a 1-year warranty (you will probably want to replace your bulbs once a year for optimal performance anyway, so you're covered!). The ballast features a 5-year warranty. Dimensions: 20" long x 10" wide x 6" tall. Super Bulb - 28,000 initial lumens; 24,000 hour life-span.

6 inches from the top of the res. mark off where that will be , so you can have that for the future. no the pot will not be setting in the water only the roots. the fogger will be hitting the new roots as they are developing, making the plants become massive.
