smoking with an anxiety disorder

so wait i should take those pills before i smoke? is it gonna make me feel relaxed before i smoke or im gonna notice a difference afterwards. just wondering how powerful they are

also what kind of anxiety disorder is it. i have a social anxiety disorder so whenever im with friends i get crazy self concious. any advice on that?

Smoke by yourself in a safe place.

I just can't help it. I always think that im gonna get caught if im alone and if im with some buddies i get real self conciuos.
