so i've been smoking for awhile but i alsways get really parinoid to the point where i can't enjoy myself. I just can't help it. I always think that im gonna get caught if im alone and if im with some buddies i get real self conciuos. I have an anxiety disorder s would it be best if i stopped smoking or what.
