here in the capital at the mo you can tell when weed is sparse as riggers (25) gets smaller by the week but ive never bothered measuring my purchases as i dont really care, lol i just wanna smoke it as im not gonna take it back and ask for more.. like that dick oliver twist his dealer would kill him on his first purchase..
