I agree with you a lot here. But it bothers me that we're not seeing people address this issue in the anti-ANYTHING ads. A fairer and more honest statement is to say to not follow the jonses just because you are pressured but to stand on your own two feet.

But if we say that, we won't have girls buying cute clothes to keep up with their friends. And that will fuck up the economy. So I guess we're just screwed.

Some of them give a good point though. Especially the ones about responsibility. Like the one where it shows the little girl playing around the pool, and it said something like, "It's ok, just tell your parents you were out smoking marijuana."
The only point I see there is be responsible. It's a good point none of the less.

I always thought those commercials put out were for stoner entertainment. I think they are hillarious because they are so stupid and ignorant. They dont help anything(Like if there was a reason to need help). They just spend tax dollars on shitty commercials when I could be spending that money on bookoo amounts of weed.
