What a GREAT day!!!

So, today I bought a 250w HPS, 250w ballast, contactor relay, 250w bulb, chains, hooks and a diamond reflector offa eBay (because my 600w in the closet it just too hot).
Anyway, we decide to do the deal outside of eBay, so he asks me to make him an offer and if its good he'll end the item early. There were no bids yet, and the price was £65... I offered him £90 and he accepted. I saw that he lived in Derby, and it would be quicker and cheaper to collect it instead of paying p+p. He agrees, so I say Ill be round later to pick it up.
Eventually I get there after getting lost several times, and the conversation quickly turns to growing. We talk about how long we've been growing for, what experience we've had, how long we've been smoking Herb etc etc. And cheekily I ask if hes got any I can buy off him.
'Stuff that mate, just have a smoke!'

My God was that stuff good - much better than we get over here! Its weird, because it doesnt smell much, but its true one-hit-shit. We smoke just under a tenners worth between us in a couple of hours, and I notice that its getting late so I had to go. I noticed that he had 2 kids, with a third on the way next month (and no, hes not a chav... hes a really cool person) so I offer him £20 for the rest of his Herb for two reasons: One, because I hadnt got any and this stuff was hella good, and Two, because I figure he can do with a bit of extra cash with a little sprog coming along. We've also agreed to stay in contact - which I most definately will do - and that when my Lows are harvested, dried and cured, Ill bring over an ounce or so and we can have a good smoking session.

Today was great, even though I didnt manage to get over to Basement Lighting to pick up some ferts, I made a new friend - and that means a lot more to me than a plant.

Damn I can make 3 fat spliffs out of that 10 bag I bought (over here I can only make 1 or 2 with a 10 bag), maybe 4. If the weed is this good in Derby. Im moving over there!

Edit: Oh and Haze, Id give you a good day if I could smoke you up with my Lowryders when they harvest. But you live in America, so that sucks. Im willing to send seeds to America though, when I harvest her (in a month to 2 months). Ill make a thread in the Lounge when theyre ready and give each person that asks 5 seeds for free.
