Long story, got cought up boxing my car andn I had almost an ounce of pot, a scale and a notebook full of numbers, numbers, etc. The scale wasn't even mine I was borrowing it, so it's not really mine. Im going to plead guilty to posession but I would like to get my med. marijuana card just in case I get on probation, then at least I can smoke without trying to hide it.
I just hope that it's not too much to ask my judge or P.O., oh by the way my first court date is in about 5 weeks. So I have some time to think about my plea and all that shit. Any more adive would be great man.. Im getting a public defender by the way, not enough $$$ for a laywer.
