Everyone gets like that sometimes, what helps is having people around you, comforting you, helping you out..


I used to get like that myself, til one day i smoked a bong, sat there and took a long look at my life and i literally thought "hey, i havent got it so bad".. i realised that the things that were depressing were the trivial things, the things that dont matter in the long run.. that day was probably the turning point in my life and ive been happy ever since.. i dont get depressed any more, i have difficulty getting angry, i smile when anything bad happens and comfort people when something bad happens to someone else... i hope everyone has a day like that in their lives, where they can realise theyre not so bad off after all
