I appreciate what you say about not policing the boards.....thats why i suggested that being one persons maybe more soul responsibility....thats what i was suggesting........as far i can see you dont have enough mods i appreciate its voluntary and youre all working your butts off...One of them is a close freind i know how much work you do. Please dont ever think i dont appreciate your work

No offence taken at all.....I agree we can use a few more mods to help out. Ron has given us too but I think we need a few more, but thatâ??s just my opinion. I understand his point about having to many too there is a balance that must be found.

Mods should have a temperament for sure but until they have been on the job for a while you never know just what their temperament really is.

Thanks for the point of view you shared I do understand it. I assume you have my email (it's at the end of my sig line) drop me a link if there is a post you feel needs moderation attention.

Thank You Zandor, I'm now safe in the knowledge that they have been taken in the spirit they were suggested. I hope i never have to contact you due to any threads or anything, I have toned down a lot of my own personal opinoins and started only letting people who i can trust in, instead of broadcasting what's going on. Unfortunately this has cut donw on my posting. When i was drink smoke sleep i was posting threads dialy....My post count has slowed down again since i have tken this name. I have to thank you again.
