He's damn right that "People in New York and other major cities will not find this funny at all". This is a disgrace - and I hope that it does not take another terrorist attack, perhaps in another area than the ones that got hit on 9/11, to wake these people up. These areas in Indiana, Iowa, Oregon, Wisconsin, Florida and other communities have idiots in charge.

Iâ??ve been writing against Pork Barrel allocation of Federal anti-terrorism funds for a long time, and this story just proves my point that we are compromising the security of our nation by misappropriating the monies to areas that do not need it - and/or to those who use it in retarded ways.
