Knife hits.

Here's a 2am drunken description of what I've always called a "knife hit." This process is GREAT for conserving weed. You get a very large hit from the smallest piece of weed.

Heat up an stove.
Grab two stainless steel butter knives.
Grab a 2liter bottle (bottom cut off...funnel style)
Place the two knives (blades) on the hot stove burner.
When the knives are very hot, grab them with an oven mit.
Quickly place a small piece (1/4-1/2 of a regular sized 'bowl') of KB on the knife.
Hold the funnel/bottle over the weed and press the other knife on top of the weed, sandwiching it between the two hot pieces of metal, creating smoke.
Breath in all of the smoke.


No burning/flaming occurs, so would this process work almost like a vaporizer? or are there still the harmful chemicals being released into the smoke?

Oh well...to those who haven't heard of this, enjoy your experimenting. Don't drop the knives, for god's sake.

we call that 'Hot knives' over here. some people do hot knives without the bottle though, but lose most of the smoke. it's pretty cool, especially when youre low on weed

similar to a vaporizer but if the knives are heated above the critical temp which is likely then your really not vaporizing

yah there called hot knivez here er juss knivez. usually fer smokin hash.juss get a straw, do wut u were talkin bout an instead ov usin the bottle, juss breathe the smoke in thru the straw. if there iz any smoke involved, whether flame er not, it iz not vaporizing an there r still harmful chemicalz. the point ov vaporizing iz to eliminate the smoke az the smoke iz wut iz harmful.
