use "Ice" Spiker Hair Glue, it isnt really glue, and you get it at a salon, it has built in conditioners in it, and it makes ur hair hard as ROCK, uve gotta try it

egg whites and some shaving cream, id say at a 2 parts egg and 1 part shaving cream ratio

how long is your hair? I used to have a 12 inch mohawk back in my street punk days hehe, i used elmers glue worked perfectly, mix some hair spray into it. Also try knox gelatin it is the best, will hold for several days.
