ok i'm not the best in govermental issues, but i heard that the FDA has weed doesn't hold (any or enough can't remember) medical properties.. so does that mean we're back to square 1? or does it just not make a fuck what the FDA says?

The fda had to say what they said. we are not back to square one...they are.
