Even a couple of computer fans might do the trick. Stick one sucking air OUT at the top, and one sucking air IN at the bottome. Theyre easy to wire up (apparantly) and only cost a few pounds/euros/dollars/rubles/magic beans.

I have a setup enclosed in a growtent, problem is my temp is now at 92f (33c) I cant seem to find a way of lowering the temp, if i leave the flaps open I get 88f (30-31c) but i dont want to do that anyways.
