he dosent need a warrent if there seams to be ieleagle activeitys going on in the house, ch as maybe someone carying a bong in the house or the same ppls running in and out of the house every day and only staying for a few minutes, or just when he knocks on your door and u answer and he smells weed smoke he can call for back up and basicly walk in from what ive read anyways.
