Cooler Then Jesus Reviewed by Cooler Then Jesus on 04-21-2006. so like 15 minutes ago, some cops saw me, story inside. woah, im back, i went down to my freinds house down the street, ripped his brothers bong like 10 times, and as i was walking out side, blowing out a hit, a cop drives up, i RUN in my BARE feet hop a fence, the cop makes the mistake of trying to open the lock gate to chase me, i hop 2 more fences, my feet are bleeding, cut, broken toe..or it mioght just be stubbed real hard, i hop in to a court thatts about .5 miles away, then i run to the CLOSED end of the court, see a house that looks Rating: 5

as long as it has residue from an illegal substance on it, now if you bought a glass pipe, used it for and only for tobacco and carried it around with you, then a cop tried to arrest you on it, i'd demand it be tested... becuase it's only ever been used for tobacco which isn't illegal...

Yeah, that's something I never really understood about American law. I've seen on cops guys getting arrested for carrying a pipe, saying "you're under arrest for the paraphenelia". but if you can go to jail for carrying paraphenelia, why is it legal to openly sell it in head shops?
