again, refer back to what i said earlier, unless the cops for some reason want to take the parents to jail (meaning they pissed the cops off, or meaning the parents are already doing soemthing illegal and the cops are looking for any solid proof of anythign to lock them up) he's not putting them at risk... i can tell you what would happen, his parents would get mad, the cop would ask if it's his, he'd then deny it or confirm it and that'd be it, there would be no legal battle for the parents, the only thing they'd have to face is their son in juvi/jail and those expenses, and court... the cops aren't going to take some kids parents to jail for their teen son's small stash...
