    Question :)

When flowering would leaf tips curl under due to over feeding or is it more likely due to under feeding?

yeah i second that too much heat can make a plant go droopy too
and too much nute can curl the leaf tips and start leaf burning

    Question :)

Your pic's look good. I wouldn't worry until you see the tips yellow from burn. The mother isn't in flower I suppose? Mine look like that when first put into flower. I think they are sad from the lack of light. LOL. They look good as long as you don't see any spots or yellow tips. Rock on and don't worry.

    Question :)

You are a little short of N at this point in the cycle. You are not feeding them enough nutrients and in the improper portions for the cycle. You need to tweak the nutrients every few weeks to keep up with the growth cycle

Try some fish shit by its self then go back to mixing a good flower formula. You should be watering every 3-4 day's at least. I hope you have proper drainage to water like that too.
