I think it's funny when people try to answer the question "Why are we here?" It's like asking "Why does two plus two equal four?" That's just the way the world is. Accept it and enjoy the ride.

The point of life? Errr, The point of life is to observe it as a gift and not a right. Then wonder why you would recieve such a gift. Then as some children do, throw away the content of the package (the gift) and then play with the wrapping (cosmetics). That is the point of life; to leave childlike behavior (being obsessed with the outside wrapping [2d]) behind and become acquainted with what is in the package (the gift[3d]).

But nobody cares, that is why the only point to life is to go school, get laid, get a job, get house, have children, die and do all to the best of your ability. Yeah Right!?!?! All that does is put the gift on the mantlepiece with other useless dusty trinkets; to look nice or whatever.
