    If it spikes then goes down its ok but it if holds over 85 degrees all day you have a problem.
    Ideal temps are between 75-85 degrees.(The best temp is 80 degrees)
    Humidity should be kept at around 50% during the budding porcess or your buds will most likely produce mold.

    Like the Doctor said, 88 isn't "ideal"... but it'll grow.

    I mean, they BETTER grow... I ain't running now a/c on my grow setup right now, and it does get to the 88ish and 90ish over here... that's the standard operating temp... 88something.

    So, what the hell... unless you install an a/c unit, watch 'em grow!

    Any pics possible?

    This boards requires pictures... or you're made to type all your future posts with a pencil, withOUT the use of your fingers...

    thanks for the reply guys, with the fan blowing directly on it its down to 85 but its getting late in the afternoon. I'll update the peak temp tom. Sorry I can't post pics at the moment. the only time I can is when I borrow the digital camera from work. I post some right before harvest.

    Again, I thank everyone on this forum for all the help I've recieved for my first grow.

    the problem with a huge temperarute fluxuation everyday... is......

    CONDENSATION...

    Condensation = mold...

    you may want to consider a pre-emptive strike... a sulphur burn.... to kill and mold or fungus....

    88 is doable... but 88 with high humidity is pushing your LUCK..

    : )
