Do any of yous have an idea on how much flats cost? I have been searching on google with no decent results.

I live in the northeast, hartlepool, if that makes the prices different (standard of living and what not :s)

i live in jersey, uk


the average prices for flats, apartments, or houses here are some of the most expensive in great britian, with the exepsion of a few places like london

flats here can go from anywhere between £60 per week (thats the cheapest, and only a bedsit) to anywhere up to £800 per week... most are between £150 - £250 per week though, thats about average, for a 1 or 2 bedroom flat

I rented a flat, costs me 650 a month.
plus electric
phone
council tax
water
EVERYTHING.
so I bought a place for £150k, mortgage is between 450-510 depending.
so it works out better for me
