The point of this discussion was 9/11. That happened well BEFORE the Iraq War. I do not believe the Iraq War was perfect, but I have not been there, and people have different opinions - including Iraq people themselves. Again, 9/11, the U.S. Cole, and the 1993 WTC bombings were earlier.

"Hitmen" get paid to kill, but not just random people. Most of them, I'd say, would not do something like 9/11 - and NONE of them would kill themselves in a jihad or kamikaze attack - unless they had a rational reason. I don't know any "hitmen" personally, but growing up where I did I've seen and heard things that bear out my theory.

OK, it's a lousy presidential crew - I'll give you that. Just for the sake of argument, I'll concede that they could have known about, or had a hand in, the events of 9/11. The fact is that MUSLEM extremist terrorists did it - NOT trained American agents. That's all that I'm 99.9% sure of. There is no exploitation or abuse of the Muslims great enough to warrant the daily suicide jihads. Most of the attackers are twisted,, â??lostâ?� boys that have always been with us, but did not have the organization or tools to accomplish these horrific acts. Maybe itâ??s the religion, diet, custom, or other factors that cause them to behave this way, but itâ??s got to stop. The best way to do this is, whenever we have had enough of it, and as non-violently as possible, pull out of the Middle East and cut off all business with them until those that are inclined to hate and kill are either eliminated by their own kind, or otherwise persuaded that itâ??s not in their best interest.

P.S. The Golden Rule (Do UNTO others as you would have them DO UNTO you) is no good. The earlier one, the so-called "Silver" Rule, from ancient Asia, is far better: DON'T do anything to others that you would NOT want done to you.
