yes but it was in his 'reign' that 9/11 happened... over 3 years ago. If they were really afraid of another attack wouldn't they have made a better deal to guard our borders? There is still only a 5% search rate of incoming cargo... I know our borders were weak before, I am mearly saying if someone brakes into your house and you are afraid they are going to do it again, you don't use the same system you had before... you buy an alarm system, get new locks... get a dog... buy a gun... I mean it's ignorant to think otherwise.

We don't have Bush because he controls what comes out of the whitehouse and he has gained more power than any other president before him because of his 'war on terror'. When the public ask him, why did you lie about the WMDs - we're fighting a global war on terror... when the public ask him abuot spying on americans... - we're fighting a global war on terror... when they ask him about a leak - we cannot go into ongoing legal matters.... when they ask him about the avg american being in debt - we created 200,000 new jobs... when they ask him about Bin Laden - oh wait they don't anymore... when they talk about the people that die in Iraq everyday because of a war that should have never started.... Clinton tried to talk to the people, that's why he got in trouble... bush hides everything from most people, which is why he's gotten away with it. But since the internet has become popular and information can travel without government control his ratings have dropped from 90% to 33% (the worst drop and rating EVER)... and now they are trying to regulate the internet to hide the information out there...
