my fishtank-growbox, what do you think ?

this is my grow box made of fish tank, what do you think about it ? it's temporary, until it grows bigger. the lamp is 24W CF, I have 2 of them, but I'm using only one now, then should I add another lamp ?

4. the pot in growbox.

oh and then should I put fans on it ?

I left the lamp throught the night and then I woke up this morning I saw a lot of tiny flys all around the pot, are they from the soil ? or they just flew in to have some light ? are they bad for my plant ?
