first off, if you want to smoke, don't do it around your school campus! that's just plain stupid. also, why would you give the police a reason to look at your vehicle by making it look like an alley wall? one of the best ways to avoid the police is to not make yourself a target. i know, there are constitutional rights that we all have, but avoiding contact with leo in the first place is the best protection you can provide yourself.
