its pretty poor right now..its not the best place to be inside the city

you get into the wrong cab youre gonna get mugged and maybe killed...all your shit stolen...but if you stay in all the tourist parts with beaches n crap youre all set..problem is shit is expensive there...

i wouldnt risk going into the city
