move threads to correct forums

there have been a lot of threads about other drugs then cannabis in the recreational when that subforum is supposed to be about "Methods of using cannabis. Techniques, joints, bongs, pipes, papers, and more." I've seen threads about DXM, coke, herion these need to be moved. thanks

I've been checking this area on a regular basis now and have moved quite a few of the ones in question to the proper areas. Hope it helps! If you notice something I may have missed in there, please give a link.
