Something Eating my 3 weeks plants!!!

So sad I planted 6 plants & only 3 survived for 3 weeks as I noticed they are eaten away all the small leaves after I added a tablespoon of organic fertilizers.

I also notice a couple of black beetle like roaches died at the plant bottom & I think the organic fertilizer smells attracted them, any suggestions what should I do to protect the rest of the 3 plants??

stand there 24/7 and have a gun out :P

piss around your grow area to keep animals away, and put some food about 200-500 feet away from your grow area to distract bugs/animals
