Bic's run pretty clean actually.. if anything you'd risk inhaling some super heated flame air as you're not actually smoking anything.

Even though I had completely gotten all the resin out of it, I was still getting big rips of smoke when I'd stick the lighter into the bottom of the bowl. When I did this I would hear a whistling sound. I was really high from the resin so I am not sure if the dry hits got me any higher.
