What is this?

indoor plant, 2 leafs fell off...plant is 2 1/2 weeks, 8 inches tall and healthy. except the bottom leaves fell off and as you can see the tips have black spots. did I overdo fert? fish elumins 5-1-1 , at 1/4 tablespoon pet gallon. thanks,

Looks like too much water. But dont trust me im not an expert.

not overwater, its most likely chemical burn from over fert, or the light its under could just be roasting the plant, make sure the l;ight is 12-15" over the plant, and if its in a foil box, take the foil off it isnt helping much, it would more likely be burning the plant.
