If Jerry was still around, and playing the way he was back in '94-'95, it might have had the opposite effect. The last few shows I saw you could see he was really just going through the motions. I remember one night he was dong particularly bad, off tempo, off key, forgetting the words(even with the teleprompters ). You could tell that Bob was seriously pissed off and a couple of times I thought he just might go over and pop Jerry in the jaw.

Then again, you could say that by that point he was essentially already dieing. So yeah, if he was still around, not doing heroin, and had his diabetes under control, then maybe..........

    I do miss him

    MUSIC LEGENDS! read!

My aunt worked at some place in London (Dunno the name of it) and Jimi Hendrix was always on the stairs of this place spaced out on smack or whatever he had scored that day, and she used to say good morning to him.

I think he could have totaly changed rock music or anything with guitars (Not none of this SHIT rap crap or r&b .. I mean what the fucks rap and r&b about? Its shit.

I wish kurt cobain was still alive, i saw him at a nirvana gig many years ago, and he was truely passionate about music, he wasnt a good signer, or guitarist really, but he put in passion, and thats what made nirvana so good...

I would say John Lennon or Hendrix. I don't really think there is an explanation needed for that, seeing how they are still VERY influential today. I think if they were both still alive, they'd still be making some kind of music.

I'm suggesting that Stevie Ray Vaughan be put on that list as well. He's one of the greatest guitar players ever, and if he were still around today I think he'd still be making some kick ass music and guitar riffs. You want pure rock and roll, listen to him and Double Trouble. Just my .02 though.

Kurt Cobain was overrated, as was Nirvana. I still like some of their music, but I don't think he would be talked about near as much today if he weren't dead. I think he would have faded out.. Pearl Jam is much better, IMO.
