IS THIS SETUP OK?

i got a 5x3x4 cabinet (L x W x H) with mylar on all walls...the lighting is one 70 watt hps, two 100 watt cfl warm white,three 100 watt cfl cool white, and 2 four foot floro tubes(two cool white for veg and two warm white for flowering...will this work for about 2-3 plants doing scrog?

forgot to ask....is that sufficient light from start to finish

The 70w hps will bring more heat then it will lumens. 150w is about as small as you should go with any HID type of lights. 250w is better then the 150w bulbs due to the light penetration vs heat exchange rate.
