Well, its people preferances. BUT:

It is common sense that a JOINT is more sociable than pipes/bongs.

That is why so many people prefer them.

My fav way to smoke weed is a joint, but i can just as happily smoke a bong/pipe.

I find smoking a joint more relaxing, as the act of smoking take longer, and i like to take my time and relax...

Hitting a bong is over in a few secs, and to me it aint as fun and using your skills to roll a joint and smoke it up...

And if you have a small room to hot-box then it dont waste weed anyways...
