Hopefully not, bad luck man, sorry to hear it, god damned ballast... Try and get a new one, or sort the prob out as soon as you can, the HPS would make the world of differnce.

FYI: HID is (High Intensity Discharge), and HPS and MH are both HID, so when you said it im guessing your talking about a MH
