just working out and sweating will.if u sweat alot,u can sweat some of that shit out and it will increase ur chances of passing.but if u drink a lot of water,not the day before the test,the day before that,they wont be able to tell that u were trying to dilute it.and u would have pissed a lot of that shit out.and it is good is u work out and release a lot of the shit into ur piss,becuase then when u piss u can piss the shit out.so u should run,and drink a lot of water so u can piss.but it has to be like 2-3 dayz before test.
